Welcome Back, Macomb Montessori Academy Families!
We are excited for the 2026–2027 school year and look forward to partnering with our
families to support every student’s academic growth, confidence, and success.
This year, our school priorities will focus on three key areas:
- Culture: Building a Growth Mindset – Creating a positive school community where students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, persevere through challenges, and believe in their ability to grow.
- Academics: Maximizing Learning Time – Providing high-quality instruction, strong academic supports, and engaging learning experiences to help every student achieve their goals.
- Operations: Students Present and Timely Every Day – Strengthening attendance habits and ensuring students are ready to learn each day.
MMA is continuing to strengthen instruction through new curriculum supports, including CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts) for literacy and Bridges Mathematics for math. These programs provide students with engaging, structured learning experiences that build reading, writing, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Students will also continue to participate in our Passport Program, featuring 12 specialized elective experiences designed to build student confidence, independence, creativity, and collaboration. Through opportunities such as STEM, coding, music, foreign language, video production, and more, students will explore new interests while developing skills that prepare them for the future.
We look forward to working together with our families throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Together, we will continue to create a community where students Learn, Lead, and Grow!
In partnership with you,
